MonitorConnect is as easy to use as an ATM, so offender “training” basically consists of giving the offender an overview pamphlet. Pamphlets are available in a variety of languages to accommodate multi-lingual offender populations.

Most departments can enroll offenders the same day they start MonitorConnect. Here is the step-by-step process:

  • Access MonitorConnect at, enter some basic information (agency name, as well as your name, phone number, and email), request your PIN, and we will contact you with your login credentials.
  • Login to MonitorConnect and enroll your case managers. Enter their names, phone numbers, and email addresses, and we will issue their login credentials right away.
  • Have your case managers complete their registration.
  • Enroll your offenders by entering the offender name, date of birth, last four digits of their social, and their phone number.
  • Give the offender a MonitorConnect pamphlet. The system will automatically notify them that they have been enrolled, and to login to complete their registration.
  • Sit back and monitor the compliance. You will finally have more time to manage the exceptions–the ones that really need your help.
